About a Month ago I changed Taylek's crib into a toddler bed. We were so excited. He loved it. He climbed in and out over and over again. He kept laying down and saying, "night night". I was sure he was excited enough to be ready for this change. . . Well I put him in for a nap. 2 minutes later he comes peaking out the door. I put him back in bed. 1 minute later he was peaking out again. This went on for 3 hours.
I gave up.
He is back in his wonderful crib!
Taylek loves waking up to pictures of Jesus on his wall. We hope that we can teach him that Jesus is his older brother and savior. We hope he grows to have a strong desire to love others as Jesus did. I am sure that not long ago he knew Jesus much better than I can teach him. So I guess the more appropriate thing to say is that I hope I can help him "remember" his savior.

Good luck with the big boy bed. We finally got Gianni in his and it is wonderful. It took us about a month but it is so worth it. After story time and his prayers he puts himself to bed. We love and miss you guys a bunch. Our blog is gianniandcarmine@blogspot.com
