Time Flies

Wow how time passes me by! So much so that I am writing this while I am at work. I have been extremely busy and lazy lately.

December was a fun month. We were so so excited to have Matt's Mom and sisters over for a week during Christmas. That was the highlight of the month. We had so much fun together hanging out, opening presents, shopping, sledding, watching movies, and playing games. Oh wait I can't forget my personal favorite... eating treats!! Taylek loves them and it was fun to be together. (pictures pending)

January was busy too. Matty and I worked a lot and did not sleep a lot. Taylek changed officially to a big boy bed and we had some sleepless nights getting used to that. I finally had to turn his door nob around to lock him in so he could not escape every second. (Please don't think I am a horrible mom!!) We were also called as primary teachers for 6 year old kids, that has been fun.

February is only just begun and we have already had some huge things happen. Taylek is going to be a big brother. We are so excited! I felt so good and "normal" the first couple weeks, I was sure that this pregnancy was going to be different and I would be able to do so much more. Well that did not last long. I started to get sick a couple weeks ago and I only move out of my bed when Taylek or work makes me. :( When Taylek wakes up in the morning I have him sit on my bed with his bowl of cereal and watch cartoons. I am so glad that my boy is so good. I don't like being sick, and I don't like being lazy, but I love my baby and am excited to have another one just as mischievous and adorable. Matty gave me a blessing tonight and I have had a pretty good night so far. I know that it helped me. I am so glad I am doing all of this with him by my side.

That brings me to Our next adventure. We are under contract to buy a home in Clearfield. The home is beautiful and we love it. I have been feeling overwhelmed with all the change happening in our life and struggling because I do not have the strength to pack or paint our new home. I know that the Lord is blessing us in so many ways. I am so grateful for these new adventures. It has been hard and exciting all at once.

So there is my busy/lazy adventure to share with all of you. Excitement lies around every corner.
